My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were comfortable and charming, offering a lovely view of the river and mountain side. The service was outstanding with friendly and helpful staff. However, navigating between the bed and TV cabinet was a bit challenging for two people at the same time. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay stress-free, from escorting me to my room to offering shuttle services. One downside was that they didn't respond to one of my requests. The location couldn't have been better, right downtown by the river with easy access to shops and eateries. Although the dining options were a bit limited, the fresh pastries were a delightful treat. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
